Phoenix, Arizona: “Lets put it this way--I like it when he is on our side, and not that much when it is the other way around!" said Filion. "Lanny is a warrior with great skill. He is great with his teammates, and very respectful towards his coaches. This is why he is one of the top 98's in the country" said Filion.

Bobcats AAA Program

January 7, 2010

Phoenix, Arizona: The Bobcats 98 AAA team keeps adding character to their roster with the arrival of Landon Quinney. Landon, whose family lives in Las Vegas, has shown lots of leadership, grit and passion this season after a serious injury last season. He's earned a solid reputation on the west coast throughout the years as one of the top 98 hockey players. The Bobcats will happily welcome him to their program.

Coach Filion was very impressed the first time he saw him this season, “the kid gave our players something to think about all game long, making solid plays and hitting everything that moved. He was definitely a presence on the ice, and a popular name on our bench--I heard it all game long” said Filion “I believe we are building our roster the right way, you never have enough character and both Landon and Phil also have the skills to change a game for us” said Filion.
