Please visit your bank in advance before you travel to convert enough funds for your trip prior to your arrival. The hotel front desk has a limited amount of currency available to convert to Canadian Dollar.

Passport:

Please remember than you must have a valid passport in order to attend this tournament, even if you are driving across the border from Vermont.

Cell Phone:

If you do not already have a cell plan that includes International calls/text and data (including emails) to Canada, please contact your cell service provider in advance and give them your dates of travel to switch your plan during your stay. Otherwise you may be in for a surprise $$$ when you receive your next phone bill.

For those of you that booked at the hotel Brossard, please cancel your reservation and move to one of the other overflow hotels. The tournament is gradually giving us extra overflow hotels. Please be patient. DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS. THE HOTELS ARE NOT HONORING OUR GROUP SALES CONTRACTS AND THEY ARE OVER SELLING. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE YOU WILL BE STUCK WITHOUT A ROOM. Players Meeting with Coach/Bobcats Meet and Greet:
Players will receive their jersey socks and shells 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to their first game beginning with Friday morning.  I will collect the socks, jerseys and shells at the rink from your team manager after our final game on Sunday please. Please report any damage so we can have any problems resoved prior to our next touranment.

Dress Code:

To and from the games please wear a nice pair of jeans (black or blue--no holes) and a polo or other button up shirt of any color. No flip-flops.
