Bobcats AAA Program

 

December 15, 2009

Phoenix, Arizona: Jonah Coughlin of the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes has agreed to join the Bobcats 96 AAA in Chicago and Montreal. This big and mobile defenseman will bring stability to the roster, and a solid defensive zone understanding. Jonah and Coach Filion have been working together for the past year; coach Filion is extremely confident that Jonah is ready to make is first step at the AAA level. “Since last season Joe's skills and hockey knowledge have been on the rise, its now time for him to play at his level which is AAA hockey,” said Filion.

“This season we have played some 96 AAA teams and strong 95 AA teams, on every occasion Joe was a solid presence on the ice. I love to know what I am getting from my defensemen; this is exactly what he brings to my lineup. Many players such as Joe look for the opportunity to showcase their talent--this is what he has done so far this season  and I look forward seeing him against other top players,” said Filion.
