Phoenix, Arizona: This will be Brendan’s third season with the 95 Bobcats AAA. He represents another member of the core group that is coming back. “Every year that I see Brendan I can notice an improved player. First he always seems to be bigger, stronger and faster” remarked Filion.
“Brendan can change the game in different ways, he did in the past make that big hit, the highlight goal or that shot bloc that saved the game,” said Filion. “I believe it gives us an advantage to have players that care about the teams success first, and Brendan brings just that” concluded FIlion.

Bobcats AAA Program

Phoenix, Arizona: A great news was waiting for Coach Filion when he opened his email today. Brian Benedetto was confirming the return of son Brendan to the 95 AAA roster.
Brendan played last season in Montreal, Coach Ron was hoping for his return. This prospect from Fort Mayer Florida is currently playing with the New Jersey Colonials 95 AAA in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League. He has agreed to join the program in Chicago and Montreal.
“Brendan is a big 6”1 200 pound kid with great skills” said Filion. “Last year he played at both forward and D for us as needed. He performs equally well at both positions. To have Brendan back on the roster is a huge positive--not only for his playing abilities, but also for being a great teammate. It will be a pleasure to be reunited with him this spring,” concluded Coach Ron.
